He specializes in working with small and mid-sized businesses, drawing on his prior experience leading startups as well as working in a variety of fields, including principal partner at a home service business, sales, management and more. 

With diplomas in both Business Administration and Project Management, he excels in creating value for businesses all over the world. In his free time, Spencer enjoys hiking, biking, disc golf and sailing.
