Legal Consulting by Lawyer from McInnes Cooper

A networking session with a small group of PEI Connectors clients will take place in-person in the boardroom of McInnes Cooper. A lawyer and an Associate from the law firm will provide legal consulting services to you for any questions that you may have regarding doing business in PEI or in employment field.

Gary Scale: Gary is the firm’s Office Lead Partner for Prince Edward Island (PEI). His practice is focused on business law, corporate finance, commercial real estate transactions and immigration law. Gary represents local, national and international clients in PEI in matters involving financings, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, startups, reorganizations, commercial real estate development, and business immigration law.

Jasmine Serré: Jasmine is a bilingual Associate in our Charlottetown office with a developing legal practice in the areas of Corporate and Business, Tax and Real Estate. She takes a personable, compassionate approach by discussing matters in plain language to help resolve any legal issues her clients may be facing and carefully listens to determine the most efficient options to meet their needs.
