This is an in-person session for a smaller group of clients. This meeting is a great opportunity to ask any legal questions from the local lawyers in McInnes Cooper law firm. It is a free event for PEI Connectors clients.

1. Gary Scale: Gary is the firm’s Office Lead Partner for Prince Edward Island (PEI). His practice is focused on business law, corporate finance, commercial real estate transactions and immigration law. Gary represents local, national and international clients in PEI in matters involving financings, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, startups, reorganizations, commercial real estate development, and business immigration law.

 

1. Duncan Sturz: Duncan has a developing practice focused on corporate services, commercial transactions, indigenous law, administrative law, labour and employment law, and general litigation. He has experience researching, drafting and analyzing a range of legal topic areas, and has prepared court documents, administrative hearing materials, legal opinions, incorporation documents and client contracts.
