Understanding the stages of landing a job successfully in PEI

About the guest speaker: 

Kylah Hennessey has been a counseling therapist within Career Services at the University of Prince Edward Island for the past 14 years. She has a Master's in Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Prince Edward Island. Kylah enjoys working in small groups and one-on-one with students and alumni to help them better understand the career development process and achieve their career-related goals. Kylah's volunteering includes working with the PEI Counselling Association, where she has helped achieve regulation of counseling therapists on PEI and is currently the president of the Association.

  • Challenges and obstacles in the PEI job market for skilled job seekers.
