Landlords and Tenants Rights’ and Responsibilities

This information session will deliver two presentations on PEI rental law. The first presentation will cover:

The second presentation will cover:

♦ rules and procedures that Island landlords need to know, like how to apply for greater than allowable rent increases, and what to do when a tenant refuses to leave after an eviction.

Who should attend?

The presentations will be valuable for anyone who owns or rents a residential rental unit on PEI, or anyone interested in issues related to housing.
